DYSOSOFT NOIL is designed for use on natural and synthetic fabrics where spinning, knitting or other process oils present the dyer with a removal problem prior to dyeing.

DYSOSOFT NOIL is a complex formulation of softeners that have a unique ability to scavenge oils from the bath at relatively low temperatures and prevent re-deposition onto the fabric

DYSOSOFT NOIL yields an extremely resilient and soft hand with no "scroopiness". If "scroop" or a "slick" feel is desired, a slightly different version of DYSOSOFT NOIL will yield either of those hands.

In either becks or tubs, 1-2% owg is a good starting point.

DYSOSOFT NOIL is cationic, so care should be exercised if using in a dye bath. A straight nonionic is available where only oil scavenging is desired with little or no softening. Generally, 50 deg C for 5 minutes is adequate for scavenging and softening. However, where the goods need 65 - 85o C for shrinkage and stabilizing the DYSOSOFT NOIL provides an additional benefit as an excellent anti-crack agent.

The QUALITY of DYSOSOFT NOIL is monitored by DyeTech, Inc.'s quality system, which has been certified to meet the ISO 9001 internationally recognized quality standard.
