DYSOSOFT 100 is a substantive cationic softener for dyed or white cotton, nylon, polyester
or acrylic fibers. DYSOSOFT 100 can also be used as a softener/lubricant in the dyebath to prevent cracking and pile distortion. The dyer should check the compatibility of DYSOSOFT 100 with his dyes before application to the dyebath. DYSOSOFT 100 is normally applied at 100-200 degrees F. at appromimately pH6. The concentration employed varies from 1-5% owg depending on the desired "hand". |

DYSOSOFT 3166B is an aqueous silicone emulsion which can be applied to white or dyed
cellulosic or synthetic fibers. DYSOSOFT 3166B is essentially non-yellowing and imparts
an excellent slick hand and lubricity to most substrates DYSOSOFT 3166B can be applied in the dyebath as a softener/lubricant but its compatibility with the dyes should be checked before application. DYSOSOFT 3166B can also be applied as an after treatment to bleaching or dyeing. |
