TECHLUBE SDP

TECHLUBE SDP is specifically reacted and blended for the extrusion of polypropylene fibers where a clear non-yellowing finish is required. This type lubricant/finish is a favorite with extrusion managers because of its even application, low odor and economical cost.

TECHLUBE SDP is readily dilutable in tap water at ambient temperatures above 50 degrees F. and clean up is easily accomplished with water and absorbent.

DYELUBE 6142A

DYELUBE 6142A is a fatty based lubricant developed to reduce or eliminate the dusting characteristics of polyester processed on high-speed two for one twisters

Normally, DYELUBE 6142A is applied at blending of fiber before processing on the worsted system. It has PROVEN to render the required properties for adequate processing. As well as providing high fiber to fiber lubricity, DYELUBE 6142A friction and surface contact at twisting. DYELUBE 6142A also contains wetters, penetrants, rust inhibitors and moderate antistat components.
