DYELUBE 141-D - DYELUBE 141-D is a blended lubricant which has been formulated for use on nylon and polyester fibers and yarns where a high degree of fiber to metal lubricity is required, e.g. high speed two for twisting. In addition, DYELUBE 141-D contains all of the components necessary for normal processing. DYELUBE 141-D is usually applied at blending and/or subsequently as a winding emulsion. This concentrate forms a translucent emulsion readily, with only moderate stirring. Starting applications range from 0.75-1.50% O.W.G. with 1.0-3.0% O.W.G. moisture. The product does not tend to become tacky after drying and therefore will provide excellent lubricity even in subsequent processes such as tufting.

	DYELUBE 6142A - DYELUBE 6142A is a fatty based lubricant developed to reduce or eliminate the dusting characteristics of polyester processed on high-speed two for one twisters Normally, DYELUBE 6142A is applied at blending of fiber before processing on the worsted system. It has PROVEN to render the required properties for adequate processing. As well as providing high fiber to fiber lubricity, DYELUBE 6142A friction and surface contact at twisting. DYELUBE 6142A also contains wetters, penetrants, rust inhibitors and moderate antistat components.
