| DYNOFOAM DD-C |
| DYNOFOAM DD-C Is an economical silicone based defoamer that can be employed in dyehouses to suppress the foam formation that is normally encountered in carpet and textile processing. DYNOFOAM DD-C can also be employed in effluent treatment processes to eliminate foam in ditches and treatment ponds.etc. |
| JET FOAM D |
|
Jet FOAM D is an excellent free rinsing, silicone based anti-foam and defoamer which
was originally developed for jet applications. It's sophisticated emulsion system enables it to be
employed over a wide temperature range in both batch and continuous processes. JET FOAM D subdues foam formation throughout the whole processing cycle without scumming or splitting in the processing liquor. It is stable to high concentrations or electrolyte, and is resistant to shearing. JET FOAM D should be employed at 0.25-0.75% owg in batch processes and up to 0.5 g/l in continuous processes. |
| DYNOFOAM 149 |
|
DYNOFOAM 149 is an excellent silicone based anti-foam and defoamer with a sophisticated emulsion system enables it to be
employed over a wide temperature range in both batch and continuous processes. DYNOFOAM 149 has been PROVEN to subdue foam formation throughout the whole processing cycle without scumming or splitting in the processing liquor. It is stable to high concentrations or electrolyte, and is resistant to shearing. |
| DYNOFOAM 6034 |
| DYNOFOAM 6034 is a highly concentrated defoamer emulsion which has been specifically formulated for sale to chemical compounding companies. DYNOFOAM 6034 can typically be diluted to 10% to produce a ready to use defoamer product. |
| SUPERKILL 4132 |
| SUPERKILL 4132 is an excellent silicone based anti-foam and defoamer with a sophisticated emulsion system enabling it to be employed over a wide temperature range in both batch and continuous processes. SUPERKILL 4132 has been PROVEN to subdue foam formation throughout the whole processing cycle without scumming or splitting in the processing liquor. It is stable to high concentrations of electrolyte, and is resistant to shearing. |
| DYNOFOAM XT |
| DYNOFOAM XT is an excellent silicone based anti-foam and defoamer with a sophisticated emulsion system enabling it to be employed over a wide temperature range in both batch and continuous processes. DYNOFOAM XT has been PROVEN to subdue foam formation throughout the whole processing cycle without scumming or splitting in the processing liquor. It is stable to high concentrations of electrolyte, and is resistant to shearing. |
| NOSIL 4291A |
| NOSIL 4291A is a PROVEN highly effective nonsilicone anti-foam and defoamer formulated for use in continuous and batch dyeing. It's anti-foam qualities are achieved through the use of special non-silicone hydrocarbons and high quality emulsifiers which allow the product to rinse free of the fabric when the bath is dropped ir rinsed upon exiting the steamer. Many products of this nature are effective only at maximum dyebath temperatures and function more as an anti-foam with little or no foam knock-down power. While the prevention of foam formation should be the first consideration, it is equally important to be able to kill foam without the use of excessive amounts of the product, or having to store both defoamers and anti-foams in the dyehouse. It is in this area that NOSIL 4291A excels and it can be added even at elevated dyeing temperatures without fear of splitting, scumming or spotting of the fabric. |
| NOSIL 5393A |
| NOSIL 5393A is a PROVEN highly effective nonsilicone anti-foam and defoamer formulated for use in continuous and batch dyeing. | ARA-222 |
| ARA-222 is a non-aqueous mixture of filled silicone oils that is designed for the formulator who wishes to produce various emulsions from a high quality hydrophobic compound. ARA-222 will yield excellent defoamers with both free-rinsing or non free-rinsing characteristics depending upon the emulsification process. |
